Minimum stay requirement on weekends and holidays

Deposits: Reservations of five (5) or fewer nights require a deposit for the amount of the entire stay. Reservations of six nights or more require a 50% deposit. Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 15 or more days prior to arrival date. No refunds can be made on cancellations within 15 days of arrival date, unless the room(s) are re-rented at the same rate. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee. Cottages and large group/wedding parties have a 60 day cancellation policy.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy per night. Additional person charge $25 per day. Children under 12 years; no charge with existing bedding. Pack & Play cribs available. All rates subject to change without notice. The rate does not include state and local taxes or gratuities. Rates valid through early May 6, 2007.
